| At this time, more than 15,000 people have visited this website! That is very exciting. We have been recommended by doctors and medical centers all over the United States and forms have been completed by people from several countries. We are still working on getting the form in other languages so that it is truly an international project. At this time, hundreds of people have chosen to share their lives through these forms in order to upgrade the statistics on the devastating effects of sarcoid. I can't tell you the emotions felt as these forms are read. I encourage others to take the time to send us your form. This really is going to make a difference and the impact will be the greater if we all come together in this. There will be visual art presented by the most talented artist in the Pittsburgh area and much more. Please come out and help us spread the word of this very devastating disease, Sarcoidosis. The event will take place at the Meter Room at 60 Greenway Drive, in Sheridan. Doors open at 7:00, please come out for one night of entertainment. There will be a free buffet and drinks. Come share your stories and hear from others at a Sarcoidosis of the Midlands’ awareness rally from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, April 5, on the State House grounds. The registration fee is $5. Also get information about starting or joining a support group; taking part in advocacy efforts; and preparing for national sarcoidosis month, observed in April.
