| At this time, more than 15,000 people have visited this website! That is very exciting. We have been recommended by doctors and medical centers all over the United States and forms have been completed by people from several countries. We are still working on getting the form in other languages so that it is truly an international project. At this time, hundreds of people have chosen to share their lives through these forms in order to upgrade the statistics on the devastating effects of sarcoidosis. I can't tell you the emotions felt as these forms are read. I encourage others to take the time to send us your form.
